Job requirements
What You'll Do
Lead design review meetings with clients and stakeholders and ensure decisions are documented and actionable
Gather requirements from clients and internal teams and translate them into clear design deliverables.
Create product and interface designs that support engineering teams in building production-ready features.
Deliver design assets and clarifications in time for development so engineers are never blocked.
Manage design scope, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicate proactively with engineers, delivery teams, and clients to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity.
Identify design risks or issues early and escalate them when necessary.
Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and iteration.
Maintain organized documentation and task tracking to support engineering execution.
What You'll Bring
Strong proficiency with Figma for product and interface design.
Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI-enabled tools used in software development workflows.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and gather requirements.
Experience designing real software products that shipped to production.
Ability to conduct client-facing design reviews and presentations.
Ability to extract information from clients and stakeholders and translate it into actionable design direction.
Strong organizational and task management skills across multiple projects.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and delivery teams.
Ability to manage agendas, deadlines, and meetings effectively.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset when managing design work.
