Job requirements

What You'll Do

  • Translate product vision, client needs, and leadership direction into clear and structured product requirements.

  • Contribute requirements documentation across 2โ€“3 concurrent projects in different stages of delivery.

  • Collaborate with delivery leads, leadership, and engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and implementation-ready.

  • Use AI tools (such as Cursor or similar) to accelerate requirements creation and documentation while maintaining quality.

  • Break down complex product ideas into epics, features, and engineering-ready tasks.

  • Interpret API documentation and technical system details to ensure requirements accurately reflect technical constraints and integrations.

  • Proactively clarify ambiguous product direction or missing context before requirements reach engineering teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Several years of experience writing product requirements as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Project Manager.

  • Strong experience producing PRDs, epics, features, and structured requirements documentation.

  • Ability to break down complex product ideas into clear, organized engineering tasks.

  • Experience translating high-level product direction into structured implementation plans.

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.

  • Comfort working with AI tools to accelerate product documentation and requirements workflows.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to read and interpret API documentation and understand system integrations.

  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to organizing complex information.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, delivery teams, and engineers across multiple projects.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Engineering or technical development background.

  • Experience working as a Project Manager in software delivery environments.

  • Experience in client-facing roles involving product discovery or requirements gathering.
